Hailing from New Waverly, Texas Kat picked up the guitar as a child and never put it down. While putting together several bands in her young years, she finally decided that the band “Troublemaker” would be the path to stick with. Through her years of experience on stage and in the public eye Kat James knows how to capture the audience with her energy. Kat always pours her emotions into each performance and the audience can feel that. Kat has performed for countless fans throughout the United States and also shared the stage with many national acts along her career. Kat also sounds so much like the iconic “Janis Joplin” that she did a tribute CD in her honor.
